“ I recently visited what I can confidently say is the BEST Italian restaurant in Redmond, and it was an lovely experience! I came with a friend, and we started with some wine and beer, both of which had excellent selections that complemented our meal perfectly. We tried a couple of dishes from the menu, but my absolute favorite was the meatballs. They were incredibly moist and packed with flavor, without feeling too heavy just the perfect balance. Everything was delicious! The venue itself was charming, intimate, and romantic, making it a perfect spot for a night out with a friend or someone special. The service was great, attentive and friendly, which made the evening even more enjoyable. If you are in the area and craving excellent Italian, I highly recommend swinging by this place. It is definitely a gem! ”
“ It was good, not great. Came for lunch and couldn't order anything from dinner menu. Looks like they've changed that now. Wanted a lot of their meat/ seafood items from dinner menu, but when we came, only lunch was available. Very limited menu. The pasta from chicken parmigiana was good. Calamari was a little salty. Like the antipasto plate. Our sever was friendly but only one running the place. Meatballs were a ok. Enjoyed my lattes. Beautiful space. Coming back for dinner menu. ”

“ I was in Redmond to see a specialist and when that was over decided to have lunch at Blu Sardinia. I arrived a little before noon and found I had the restaurant to myself! I felt like a VIP of VIPs! I was met by a member of the staff and shown to a table. The staff member took my drink order (a drink named Amoxicillin) and I asked for Pane Rustica, but was told that only the head chef knew how to make the flatbreads and he wouldn't be in for another hour. . Oh well. I then placed my order for my main course. I chose the Parmigiana Di Pollo. Oh my! This had to be the absolute BEST chicken parm I've ever had! The angel hair pasta was great! The pasta sauce was excellent! And the chicken parm was exceptional! I've never had chicken parm that was crunchy AND tender AND moist! So good! When I was all done, or so I thought, the server asked if I was interested in dessert. I said Yes, Please! And looked at the dessert menu. I ended choosing the Tiramisu and was amazed yet again! There were so many flavors! After I finished my most excellent meal, and was relaxing, I finally realized that the background music was so fitting. It was the cliched Italian restaurant music. There were selections including Louis Armstrong, Duke Ellington, Connie Francis, and Angelo Fabiani. The interior was furnished very elegantly, and the staff was very pleasant and eager to help. I am very fortunate that I got the chance to experience Blu Sardinia. ”
“ Ordered pork and mushroom bucatini pasta and Pizza, for dessert we had their ice cream ( coconut, pistachios, and chocolate) and tiramisu. The ambiance had some live jazz nusic and even a tap dancer/flamenco? Anyway, it was a great experience. We didn't have a reservation but was seated promptly. The food was soooo good! I mean I love the pizza and the pasta had so much protein. The tiramisu was good and didn'ttaste too much of the coffee which is nice for me since I like more milder coffee taste. The pistachio ice cream though i love ! The staff was super nice and very attentive. Overall experience was awesome and definitely would love to go back and try other things. The staff did recommend to get their sorbet of the day if they have it, we didn't manage to do so. But that day they had mango. ”
